SmartLiving has primarily focused on building retail shopping centers in the past. But recently, they have added a division to focus on master-planned communities and mixed-use developments. With $10 billion worth of assets, SmartCentres holds 34.2 million square feet of revenue-generating, value-oriented retail space on 3,500 acres in Canada.
