M4 Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condo development by Rogers Real Estate Development Limited and Urban Capital coming soon to the master-planned M-City Condo Community. M4 Condos will be the fourth phase of the development and will consist of a 67-story glass and metal tower built on top of an 8-story podium. It will house a total of 954 units, ranging in size from 420 to 1,303 square feet. Designed by CORE Architects, M4 Condos will feature Cecconi Simone interiors. As part of one of Mississauga’s most notable condominium developments, M4 Condos is set to elevate the city’s reputation as a premier residential destination. 

The development is expected to complete in 2027.

M4 Condos will strategically sit near the corner of Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway at 460 Burnhamthorpe Road West.
