Centricity Condos is a new high-rise condo development by Graywood Developments currently in the pre-construction stage in Toronto’s Garden District neighborhood. Designed by well-known architects Turner Fleischer Architects, Centricity Condos will feature Design Agency interiors. 

With a tower rising from a 2-floor podium presumably used for mixed-use retail spaces, Centricity Condos will take a minimalist approach to architecture. The development will be 53 stories tall and will have a total of 594 condo units. The units will be a mix of 142 studios, 244 1-bedrooms, 148 2-bedrooms, and 60 3-bedrooms. 

The development of Centricity Condos is expected to be completed in 2027.
